Chunmeng’s practice focuses on patent disputes before federal courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. She has experience assisting with various stages of litigation including pre-suit investigation, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, hearings, and appeal. Her practice spans a variety of technical fields, such as semiconductors, lighting products, software applications and systems, telecommunications, and automotive.  In addition, Chunmeng has been involved in complex trademark litigation.  Chunmeng is a native Mandarin speaker.
