Leviton v. Pass & Seymour Legrand

Counsel for respondent distributor accused of violating a Cease and Desist Order and its manufacturer intervenor in ITC enforcement action; this case raised an issue of first impression as to whether the manufacturer could intervene in an enforcement action brought against its distributor.

Jonathan’s practice focuses on patent litigation in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He has participated in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, handling offensive and defensive discovery, expert discovery, and trial. Jonathan has extensive experience in patent litigation for clients in the LED lighting, pharmaceutical, and financial services industries.
